Pool Operations Technician

Aquarius Pools & Spas is looking for a dependable, motivated Pool Operations Technician to join our team in Mandeville, Louisiana.
This is a hands-on position supporting our construction and service teams with day-to-day operations in the field. You don’t need to come to us knowing everything about pools. We’re looking for someone who shows up, works hard, takes care of our customers, and wants to learn.
For the right person, there’s plenty of room to grow.
What You’ll Do
Your day won’t always look the same. You’ll work alongside experienced members of our team while learning the construction, equipment, and service side of the swimming pool industry. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting our construction and service teams with daily field operations
- Supporting job sites and helping keep projects moving
- Learning pool equipment, systems, and basic troubleshooting
- Training to perform pool equipment repairs and change-outs
- Communicating professionally with customers while working at their homes
- Helping with materials, equipment, and other day-to-day operational needs
- Following company procedures and maintaining a safe, organized work environment

Experience is helpful, but attitude matters.
